The listed prices are applicable for 5 bedrooms and up to 10 people.

During SUMMER SEASON, HIGH SEASON I and HIGH SEASON II there is a minimum rental term of 3 nights.

The minimum rental rate during PEAK SEASON 208,500 Baht (equal to 7 nights stay). 

Three extrabeds can be provided at an additional cost.
Crib is free of charge.

The rental rate includes internet, high speed Internet wifi, water, pool maintenance, garbage colletion and final cleaning.

Electricity up to 100 kWh/night is included. Over and above that electricity will be charged at 8 baht/kWh. 

For reservation 6 nights or longer cleaning 1 x week will be included free of charge. For reserveration less then 6 nights cleaning can be arranged to an additional cost. The villa is rented as self-catering household.
